Robert Whirry will update Committee on the latest drafts of System of Care and other parts of the Comprehensive Plan, as available.
7. New Comprehensive Plan Objectives & Action Steps Robert Whirry 10:25

The Committee will complete the revision of the new draft 3-Year Plan objectives and development of corresponding Action Steps for each objective.

8. Evaluation and Prevention Robert Whirry/Group 10:55

The Committee will discuss the Evaluation and Prevention sections of the Plan document and will make any necessary revisions.

9. Discussion on Presentation at Full Council Meeting Robert Whirry/Group 11:45

The Committee will decide on the format and content of the presentaton to the Full Council, including the amount of time necessary for the presentation. This will be forwarded to the Steering Committee to be placed on the next Full Council agenda.

The Planning Council has several standing Committees where Council business and creation of motions for full-Council action occur, and members of the public are urged to attend. Council procedures do not permit: 1) persons in the audience at Council meeting to vocally express support or opposition to statements by Council members or by other persons testifying, outside of public comment; 2) ringing and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound-producing electronic devices; 3) signs to be brought into the meeting or displayed in the room; 4) standing in the meeting room.
