The Infrastructure and Policy Committee forward the Severe Need Definition to Steering for presentation at the Full Council.

11. Evaluation Committee Proposal Allgaier 6:25

The Evaluation Committee will present a Committee Proposal for discussion.

12. Planning Council Brochure Review Durio & Geanuracos 6:30

The Community Outreach and Advocacy Committee will present the draft Council brochure and request input on development.

13. Update on Council Support Restructuring Process Co-chairs 6:35

The Evaluation Committee will present a Committee Proposal for discussion.

14. Committee Check-in Group 6:40

Discuss any issues coming up at the different Committees, communication between Committee Co-chairs, and ensure linkage of Committee activities to the Full Council.
• The Infrastructure and Policy Committee will request for all Council Committees to develop their own Polices and Procedures document.
• The Infrastructure and Policy Committee will request that the Council Support budget be reviewed in the I&P Committee, including the budget structure.
• The Planning Committee will request that the I&P Committee give a monthly report on the rebidding process a the Full Council Meeting.
• The Planning Committee will ask if anyone can participant in the ISM presentation/discussion at the Full Council meeting.

15. Next Council Meeting Agenda Group 6:50

Review and finalize next Council meeting agenda- February 23, 2004.

16. Committee Calendar Development Group 6:55

Create a Committee Calendar using the draft Master Calendar as guide.

The Planning Council has several standing Committees where Council business and creation of motions for full-Council action occur, and members of the public are urged to attend. Council procedures do not permit: 1) persons in the audience at Council meeting to vocally express support or opposition to statements by Council members or by other persons testifying, outside of public comment; 2) ringing and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound-producing electronic devices; 3) signs to be brought into the meeting or displayed in the room; 4) standing in the meeting room.
