Discuss any issues coming up at the different Committees, communication between Committee Co-chairs, and ensure linkage of Committee activities to the Full Council.

7. Requested Leave of Absence-VOTE

The Committee will discuss CM Susan Shea’s requested leave of absence and vote on approval of the leave.

The Committee will vote to approve the Committee Co-chair job description.

The Committee will vote to forward a bylaws change to the full Council, to be noticed at the Council’s November 22, 2004 Council Meeting and voted on at the January 2005 meeting.

The I&P Committee will present their recommendation for the use of the Unobligated funds. The committee will vote to forward this recommendation to the full Council for a vote of approval.

The Committee will discuss development of a housing work group to address concerns from the OIG report. The Committee will vote to establish a working group.

The Committee will discuss and vote to accept a sponsor for the Council’s CAEAR Coalition memberships, and Council representatives. The Committee will then forward the motion to the full Council for final approval.

The Committee will vote to approve the proposed Council Support budget modification.

The Committee will greater inclusion of San Mateo & Marin Counties in the Council’s processes.

The Committee will discuss details of the Strategic Planning Meeting in December.

Review and finalize next Council meeting agenda- November 22, 2004.
